Cancellations

I know plans can change quickly which is why I am very flexible when it comes to cancellations and moving appointments. For your peace of mind, here’s the basics you should know!

Cancellations are welcome up to 24hr before your appointment. Any time after this will incur a 50% fee, with the remaining being refunded. If you wish to reschedule the appointment to another time, you can do so free of charge up to 2hrs before your appointment.

I will always strive to be as flexible as possible for your pets, but please try to let me know as soon as possible of any scheduling changes.

Insurance

I have full insurance in place to protect you, your pet and the public whilst in my care. A brief outline of my insurance is below, full documentation can be provided to each client at their request.

My insurance covers:

Dog walking - Up to a maximum of 6 dogs per public walk.

Public liability cover of £5,000,000.

Injury to animals £25,000

Loss or Theft of key(s) £10,000

Property damage; Damage to business equipment; Animal injuries, accidents and expenses whilst in my care or up to 21 days after leaving my care; Animal illness whilst in my care & up to 72hrs of leaving my care; Personal accident & injury cover; Personal possession cover.
